I attempted to place an online order, but this location doesn't accept bogo50 coupons. It's frustrating that they offer coupons that the stores do not recognize.
I don't visit Subway often, but I'm baffled as to why they offer coupons when most locations don't honor them. When I requested shredded cheese on my meatball sandwich, I was surprised to find out it would cost extra. Really? If that's the case, why is it listed as an available option? Additionally, I ordered a 6-inch meat and cheese sandwich, but it felt like they were very stingy with the meat. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Subway anytime soon.
I politely approached the Subway staff and simply asked if they could accommodate my request. To anyone planning to visit this location, be prepared for an unfriendly and rude employee. This was by far the worst Subway experience I've ever had, and I'm truly disappointed. I even left a tip of three pennies, hoping they might rethink their attitude. If you can't find joy in your job, perhaps you shouldn't work at a place that advertises being open until 9 PM, especially when the menu options are limited.
I had a pleasant experience at Subway. Although I felt my sandwich could have used a bit more of each ingredient, I understood that the mistake was on my part with the order. Fortunately, the staff addressed it smoothly and without any problems.
