The coffee was tasty, but the whipped topping had completely melted into it. The hashbrowns were undercooked and cold. I don't often visit Dunkin', so I'm not sure if this is typical, but if I decide to return, I'll probably choose a different location.

She wa... read more Approximately 11 am on Saturday 10/15 we walked in. Stood by register to give our order. It was a couple minutes before an employee came by the register. She was getting a coffee. Looked at us, never acknowledged us. Walked away. I even stepped aroundthe end of the counter to be more visible. In the meantime, another employee was loudly complaining about someone?s drivethrough order, as she was moving in front of us. Again, never acknowledged us. Finally, a third employee came to the register totake our order. While waiting for our order, it appears an evening crew member came in. The same employee that was complainingearlier began to berate the evening worker for not doing all the dishes. Finally, a doordash driver came to pick up an order.When inquiring to the order, he was offhandedly told she was behind in drinks and walked away.

They o... read more Undoubtedly the slowest drive-thru coffee shop I've encountered. I’ve been waiting in line for 30 minutes and am writing this review while still in line. They only take one order at a time and then wait around 5-8 minutes before accepting the next. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Avoid this place if you’re in a hurry. I’m heading to Scooter’s now!

The second time, a woman caught my eye... read more I ordered my coffee at 6:02 AM but had to return multiple times. The first time, I was told there was no one in the shop. The second time, a woman caught my eye, shook her head, and pointed inside, indicating the store was still empty. Dunkin' used to be great—I really enjoyed their coffee—but now I’m done and won’t be ordering from them again. If you can’t open on time, maybe adjust your hours, because this keeps happening. Dunkin', it’s time to improve.
