Great quality coffee! Relatively quick service staff is definitely friendly! Don't waste your time on the donuts though!! Way way way to expensive. Price of donuts versus deliciousness does not equate. View all feedback.
What Camren Toy doesn't like about Dunkin':
Donuts/coffee good indeed as always. Very disappointed that the gentleman working the window did not use gloves or mask and acted disgusted when I asked why no mask. Gave no answer Same problem the following weekend with the same gentleman. Won't go back View all feedback.
Besides one or two of the employees, everyone is quick helpful and you can not beat the prices compared to Starbucks.
I always LOVED Dunkin Donuts. Never had a bad experience. Today I bought a handpicked assorted box of donuts and they were all hard dry and stale!!! I?ve NEVER tasted donuts from Dunkin? this bad in my life. The glaze donuts barely have any glaze on them. I did go at 6pm but donuts shouldn?t go bad after that long. Typically like a week or so after sitting out and being made. I might try again in the morning but it?s not very likely. They still had them on a tray and not the normal display so that could be it. The machine ran out of paper so I couldn?t even get a receipt.
The chocolate glaze donuts are really huge with the glaze. You need to put more glaze on their donuts
I went through the other day to get an ice cream coffee. I ordered my coffee and told the rude lady that it was for my order. I waited 5-10 minutes for my sum and waited for her to tell me to move forward. She never totally told me and moved forward. (As always other ride through the place will do. And then when I finally got into the window, the lady was extremely rude and didn't tell me anything. That was my first time I was in this place and it will be my last. Never again.
The donuts and coffee were great, just as they always are. However, I was very disappointed that the gentleman at the drive-thru did not wear gloves or a mask, and he seemed put off when I inquired about the lack of a mask. He didn’t provide an explanation. I encountered the same issue the following weekend with the same employee. I won’t be returning.
