The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with classic decor. The service is impeccable. We felt so at home! The staff is discreet and attentive. As for the restaurant, it's a wonderful place to discover. The dishes are delicious and generous. The service is perfect. We will definitely return on our next trip to Nyons. A nice bonus is the shaded parking lot opposite the hotel, perfect for motorcycles.
