What User doesn't like about Maitre Jacques:
the relatively small choice of card, we thought we would find a higher quality than the average, but we were disappointed. Peat tartar is excellent for fish taste and quality. However, the portion is tiny and, although adapted for an entry, the requested price is clearly overrated. Well located in the centre of nyon, the layout of this establishment is picturesque and successful. The reception was pleasant and the service too. According to our information, we had to taste the nets of perches what we did to the mill. The main dish was preceded by a successful spring salad for one and a good bisque of shrimp for myself.To get back to the perch nets, aesthetically positioned on the plates, cooking was an excessive tantinet. What is unpleasant is that they were swimming too much in fat, probably butter, with a touch of lemon. The fries were abundant but a little pale.As for desserts they spread between a delicious pears crumble with speculos ice cream and gourmet coffees. damage that the fruit salad in the verrines comes directly from cans of cans. Finally, the meal was watered by a good white plate and an excellent rosé of Morges.These are the juice of the perches fillets, the fries and the fruit salad that prompt me to give the average note to this establishment, at least to my one-night visit.

We were super disappointed in general by the meal we served. the reception is medium, the atmosphere pinched and cold. the perches nets (many) served on plate at the price of frs 45,- are good without more. The boar cate was served with a fade sauce and much too liquid. we won't go back

Perfect shady place for lunch on a hot day. Good, friendly service alongside excellent food and wine.
