The staff and customers are friendly and funny. Sometimes there’s live music, and sometimes there isn’t, but it’s always a good time. Plus, you can write on the walls with chalk—how cool is that? Definitely a great spot!

It's a crappy karaoke bar that tries-and fails miserably-to do live music on the weekends. So if you like crappy karaoke or The One and Only Frankie D and the Boys, then this is your spot. If you actually want to have a great time and be entertained, there are ten other bars in Nyack you will have a more exciting time at. Go to the giraffe bar and play darts. You'll have a way better time. The owner owns the whole building, so she does not give a s about the bar, the people that work there, bands that might make the mistake of trying to play there, customers, etc. She gets the rent upstairs. The bar suffers miserably. If a business is a reflection of its owner, well.....this bar is an absolute joke.

She mentioned how everybody is stru... read more The owner contacted me regarding a price I quoted, expressing that she didn't find it acceptable and expected a lower offer. She mentioned how everybody is struggling, and if that weren't the case, I would prefer to hire a DJ from a bar in Pearl River, NY. I would rather pay her fairly than lowball and risk ruining the experience, especially since those bars are well-maintained too.
