Liked the place, only a few tables and a lot of walk-ins for the fresh pasta. The salad was well executed, the filled pasta with mushroom was excellent (try it) but the rigatoni were missing on tomato sauce while being sprinkled with too much cheese. Plates are towards the large portions and you won't be disappointed. I'll certainly come back to try more combinations and get some fresh pasta. Staff was nice. View all feedback.
What Richie Hammel doesn't like about Dpnb Pasta And Provisions:
I see all these great reviews and can 't understand how I was served a plate of insanely salty, hard pasta that was awful. My wife ordered the treccione. It was ok at best. It actually needed a little salt and it would have been a lot better. I ordered pasta rossi. It was barely cooked. I sent it back, it came out slightly better but was so salty it was inedible. We asked for a box and left. Mine went in the garbage... View all feedback.

We stumbled upon this little town on our way up to Maine. It's such a cute little river town and this little gem snuggled right into the perfect spot on the block. We didnt realize it was house made pasta until the servers informed us. Then after we ordered, she came and asked us if we wanted to watch the chef make pasta. Of course! We took the kids and from behind the glass walls we all starred wide eyed at the process. He even gave us some fresh pasta to try. I could eat a spoon full of it! It had the perfect bounce, and the flavor was nutty. We had ordered the rigatoni, the pasta with morels, and the spaghetti. The spaghetti was much on the salty side and it was harder to eat, but the other two were delicious. My 4 year old didn't even want to share her rigatoni. The morel pasta was just the right amount of morel and nothing was over saucy which is perfect. We will come back again when we're in the area!

DPNB has fantastic hand-made everything. Whether its pasta, burrata, focaccia, or something else, expect it to be fresh and excellent ????
Just WOW ???? the pasta is to die for, we also had an appetizer with local burrata and the focaccia omg. But the pasta ???? and the sausage? stuffed but worth it.
