I know that they are slammed every morning for their delish breakfast offerings. But, I am willing to sit in that drive thru for my yummy chicken biscuit! Some may complain about the wait but I believe the staff is working as hard as they can and I appreciate them View all feedback.
What Penny doesn't like about Hardee's In Mcm:
Had to change my rating being as you get there before they open to get in line so you can get to work on time and instead of serving the drive thru workers. They worry about the retires that are just gonna go sit down and do nothing. Then you get told there's only 2 people in there and nothing is even ready get at 10 minutes after opening. The bathroom was messy. But store was clean. Service was great. Prices are crazy. 3. 79 for a drink.
The food is always great, I've never had an issue with that. some of the employees are lazy and rude. also Nick is an amazing worker here. we went to school together and he's just the most kindest and helpful soul. you can count on him here!
Some staff here during the day while you dine in have attitude problems/were rude. Got my sandwich wrong,which they fixed but they had an issue refilling a my friends lemonade which I don't understand why,you just reuse the cup,plus on top of the fact that the person who took our order saw that we accidentally spilled the drink and kept saying they couldn't fill it. The staff need to get their attitudes in check and do better. Not coming here again. The food wasn't worth the price nor the experience we got here.
Great chicken and biscuits. Unfortunately like everything else it's getting a little pricey.
I was very disappointed that the dining room was closed due to weather. But food was as always good and the drive thru was fast.
