If you order ahead with app, it will not be ready when you get there. I've always had to wait another 10 minutes easy and many times it's way too much milk, ice, flavoring, or completely wrong. It's a tough spot and very busy to keep up with customers.

Lately, the donuts have had fewer toppings, with barely any glaze or chocolate on the Boston cream, though that’s not their fault since they aren’t made on-site. The parking lot is usually crowded, so I often park on Franklin.
