I arrived at the bed and breakfast on a Sunday night without reservation and the host has been extremely friendly with me, he prepared a room very quickly and he was extremely helpful. Dinner is simply amazing, with local products coming directly from the orchards around the bed and breakfast and from alpages above the town. The cookers are really proud of their recipes and they put their passion in every dish. I really recommend it. Sono arrivata a Maison Rosset in una domenica sera senza prenotazione alla disperata ricerca di una camera. Il proprietario del bed and breakfast e' stato estremamente gentile e amichevole e mi ha fatto preparare una camera in brevissimo tempo. La cena e' semplicemente meravigliosa. I prodotti locali son freschissimi e arrivano direttamente dagli orti che circondan la casa o dagli alpeggi, i piatti sono buonissimi, genuini e ricercati allo stesso tempo e la casa e' molto bello, Decisamente da raccomandare. We looked for 15 restaurants in Aosta and they were all fully booked so we ended up in Nus, 15 km from Aosta… and we were lucky to do do ! Nice ancient dining room revisited, friendly staff and moreover very good local food , mocetta, lardonof Arnaud, polenta cheese meat and many other good plates. Menu is very wide and fixed, Good quality prive ratio
