We have eaten in many restaurants and this one definitely cuts in o... read more It has been more than 60 years that my family comes in Valle D’Aosta on holidays every year! We have eaten in many restaurants and this one definitely cuts in one of the best ones! My partner is vegetarian and I have completely forgotten to tells them at the time of reservation! They have looked after my partner amazingly as much as they did with us even been not prepared for it! Camillo, the host, is such a gentleman and welcomed us in his restaurant showing us around! The menu is set in order to give you a wide taste of local products all from their own family farm. The wine as well was surprisingly very nice and every course (which were so many and by the end we were about to die), was meticulously prepared and garnished! All done in house!!!!!! So glad a friend of mine suggested this place and we’ll definitely be back next time in the valley. Thanks Camillo for your impeccable hospitality. Ciao
