What User doesn't like about Linke's Bakery and Tearoom:
Purchased a sandwich which was chicken, pesto and spinach on artisan bread assuming this cute little bakery would have good food. The chicken is the highly processed cheap sandwich chicken that super cheap places use, way too much pesto and the bread was very average. I was starved and still couldn't stomach it. Delicious breakfast. Great coffee. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cooked breakfast in Nuriootpa.
Great coffee and cake(s) siting by the wood fire. The range of food on display looked encouraging but we did not try so cannot rate. Lovely people and service. A really good place to visit.
Lovely coffee shop with good, strong cappuccino, nice croissants and meals. Nice ambiance.
This bakery is well known, so I expected a great breakfast. But no, the food at my local (Adelaide metro) cafe is more filling and half the price. Small slices of sourdough, a few shrivelled pieces of bacon...sorry, not good enough, and not worth $17.The dining areas are very pleasant, staff friendly. The free wifi did not connect, even with staff assistance...no connection, so had to revert to my own 4G.Disappointed.
We enjoyed a lovely breakfast of toast, eggs and bacon with a pot of tea. Lovely pastries too. Service was good and so was the atmosphere with the historical photos on the wall and information we received from staff and owner.
