Impressive culinary circles with a great concept. The perfectly selected basic products are excellently presented by the harmonious team. We really enjoyed being surprised at every course. The perfectly coordinated non alcoholic beverage accompaniment is highly recommended! Many thanks to the entire team we will definitely be back!

By far the best restaurant visit of all time. The four of us were in Etz in July and, among other things, celebrated a birthday. There were two intolerances that were stated in advance, which were implemented without any problems and without compromising taste or experience. The first thing you notice on the internet, which I think isn't talked about enough in the reviews, is the music. There is everything from rock to 80s ballads and the musical atmosphere runs like a common thread through the entire evening. This is one of the reasons why the atmosphere is great throughout the evening. The service is always professional, but still relaxed and very familiar. You feel incredibly comfortable and none of the conversations that arise throughout the evening feel forced or forced in any way. After the optional 20-minute lecture in the test kitchen, you will be welcomed into the restaurant opposite, where you can start with your first snacks after a small aperitif. Everything fits into the regional concept and tastes incredibly good. After the snacks, we then move on to the infamous snack, where both drinks are served, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The storytelling of the drinks, especially the alcoholic ones, is simply incredibly beautiful and understandable. The restaurant manager/sommelier managed to make this topic so clear to even uninformed people like me in such a short time that I would have preferred a 30 minute more in-depth explanation after each glass. The non-alcoholic drinks were also all very tasty and perfectly matched to the menu. It was also nice that for almost every course a different cook/service worker explained the dish at the table, which was a nice change. There wasn't a lack of humor either, the entire atmosphere was just nice and relaxed, there were always funny moments and jokes, but they weren't cringeworthy or forced. An unforgettable evening, if you feel like a 6-hour wellness evening, Etz is the right place for you

The three of us were at ETZ on a Saturday evening and what can you say? It was outstanding. The expectations were very high, also due to the wonderful episode on “am Pass”. The topic of regionality paired with conscious consumption of animal products is an exception at this star level. That's exactly why we wanted to go to the restaurant. On a sold-out evening, the reception provided a wonderful break from other Michelin restaurants after just a few minutes and suddenly relaxed the entire crowd of guests. The entire team seems authentic, totally helpful, relaxed and passionate. The fact that many of the employees were young not only fit perfectly into the evening, but also provided another unusually positive aspect. What our sommelier delivered at our table was simply first-class. In the meantime you felt the need to ask the employees if they would like to sit with you for a chat : This restaurant is perfect for anyone who is otherwise critical of the star establishment or is afraid of etiquette and stuffiness. The non-alcoholic accompaniment is particularly commendable, but also the wine accompaniment, which can sometimes start with a beer : Oh yes: The food was pretty good too :

I love the concept behind the etz so much regional, seasonal and a lot of things grown myself or collected together in a team in the forest. The evening was beautifully designed, the ingredients and especially the wines were well and excitingly selected. I haven't been drinking wine for long and so far it hasn't been a good match with food, which I've always thought was a shame, so it was great to experience how different notes wine can have and how the same wine can sometimes taste the same with everything you eat changed
