Random find during roadtrip to Karuizawa. Made a stop due to reviews and was totally surprised. Small place ran by super friendly owners helping us to make decisions on what to eat. Everything was unique! Everyone chose something diff, but to me I liked the squid ink (tasty and light broth, unlike pastas) and anchovies version. Later found out they are rated in a ramen mag and owners gave us a note saying all natural ingredients haha.
