What Tod Cox dislikes about Whataburger:
I placed an online order for pickup through the drive-thru, but no one answered when I arrived, so I had to go inside to get my order. I had ordered it 15 minutes in advance to ensure it would be ready since I was in a hurry, but I still had to wait. The employee was rude and unhelpful, even when I finally got inside to collect my order. I'll definitely choose a closer location next time. View all feedback.
Ridiculous wait time, seriously. I placed an order online and had my husband pickup and they took over 25 minutes. I even called and the employee was just incompetent. Nobody should have to wait that long! Do better!
Avoid this place!!! Extremely slow !! Untrained staff.
Worst fast food I ever had. Dry and hard, no flavor, taste like dead thing.
The SLOWEST I've ever been to. I waited 20 minutes even though it wasn't busy.
Lovely place and the young lady at the counter was very nice. Amazing place!
