Your employee does have the right to refuse to sell cigerates sir, however there was no reason for that employee to be so incredibly rude and walk away from this woman and her daughter without saying anything. You should have a word with this employee and I will be contacting corporate office in regards to this unprofessional employee as well. When I hear back something was done in regards to this incident I will update my review.
