This is for Bill the store manager one of your employees Madilene I don't know if I spelled that correct well on 1/14/22 at around 15:00 you had a customer show... read more This is for Bill the store manager one of your employees Madilene I don't know if I spelled that correct well on 1/14/22 at around 15:00 you had a customer show up with their daughter whom got a coffee, water, and carrots and when the woman with her daughter went to be rung up she asked for cigarets and Madilene asked for both of their id's where the customer explained that is her daughter and is a minor and yet to have an id the cigerates are not for her daughter but for herself the mother, your employee then refused to serve the customer and rudely waked away to the other register refusing to ring out anything for that lady who wasn't rude at all. Your employee does have the right to refuse to sell cigerates sir, however there was no reason for that employee to be so incredibly rude and walk away from this woman and her daughter without saying anything. You should have a word with this employee and I will be contacting corporate office in regards to this unprofessional employee as well. When I hear back something was done in regards to this incident I will update my review.
