Whoever was taking the drive thru orders at 253 pm today 22Nov2023 was rude, un professional and nasty. My cup had chocolate all over it , I order a strawberry refresher. When I brought it to her attention she rolled her eyes. I also was left waiting for abt 5 mins and there weren’t any cars in front of me. It was a white woman with brown hair and something that looked hand written on her apron.
I just wanna say how much I love Elijah! He is so controlled when it gets stressful and busy. He is also super sweet and gives amazing service. One time my order didn’t taste how I wanted and he was able to fix it asap and was super respectful about it. Thank you Elijah!
Very nice employees. For it being so new, they always get my drink right and it tastes the same every time. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. The drive thru has a crazy hairpin turn.
Worst Starbucks experience ever! The lady with neck tattoo who was getting orders on the cashier site was very rude and her answer to simple questions was very inappropriate! How come a Starbucks employee behave like that ???? it is a shame and willnever stop by this Starbucks, again!
