I genuinely love this chain, but I am so disappointed in the crew that works there.Tonight, I had to wait, no exaggeration, a full minute before the two sandwic... read more I genuinely love this chain, but I am so disappointed in the crew that works there.Tonight, I had to wait, no exaggeration, a full minute before the two sandwich makers even acknowledged me because they were laughing and joking around. They made eye contact with me during this, so it’s not like they didn’t see me. I am all for people having fun at work, but it’s just irritating when they are very aware they have a customer to take care of. They also had this same attitude/lack of integrity with the customers after me.They also made one of my sandwiches wrong, and the cashier, Tyler, took the time to double check everything was right and remake the sandwich. I didn’t order anything out of the ordinary or custom just a standard sandwich as is. While Tyler was remaking my sandwich, the two other employees were nowhere to be seen, but everyone else could hear them laughing and horsing around.Needless to say, I’m very disappointed, but grateful for Tyler! Thank you, Tyler!
