My first time here, friendly fast service great bread for the subs, very, very light on the meat though, it’s only an extra $1 for double the meat but even with that may have been light on the meat.. View all feedback.
What Jason P doesn't like about Palermo's Subs Pizza:
Worst pizza I've ever ordered from anywhere. Paper thin and uncooked. You could see light through it since the cheese fell off and it was so soggy. Whoever made this pizza should be ashamed and fired. Absolute embarrassment. Don't waste your money! View all feedback.

Have always gotten good food and service. I've been going here for over 5 years
Last THREE times I’ve been there, it has been ABSOLUTELY terrible!!!! I’ve lived in Gates 24 years and when I’ve come in, it’s always been a guy there (assuming the owner) and the food was great! Went WAY DOWNHILL since the lady has been there cooking! TERRIBLE! I think I’m done going there unfortunately!!! First, she blamed 2 of the ovens not working properly! Next, “the dough was on it’s LAST LEGS” (IDK exactly what that means but it doesn’t sound good)!!!! Even this review process is a joke… I’m complaining about my experience and they ask “what food you’d recommend”!!! SMH!!!
Have been in a couple times and have tried the pizza and subs. Subs are big. Food is good and staff is always nice and wonderful
The staff is awesome from out of town working in the Rochester area and after my first visit the staff always remembers my name when I come in I eat their daily now for their good food and awesome service
