She... read more During my recent visit to the restaurant, I observed the staff member at the window, who seemed more focused on her conversation than on serving customers. She handed my mother her order, which included just ice cream and a pie, but was almost careless, nearly dropping the bag in the process. My mom was simply trying to ensure she would receive her ice cream cone in a timely manner, yet the staff member continued to chat without paying attention and even displayed a bit of attitude. Basic customer service shouldn’t be too difficult, especially when the customer is polite. It would have been nice if she had just passed the items without any fuss and treated my mother with more consideration, as I’m sure she wouldn't appreciate it if someone treated her loved ones that way.
