I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. I went through the drive-thru to order munchkins for my friends, but they didn't have any left. I would advise people to avoid this location.
This is happening in all Dunkin donuts, the coffee is terrible, no flavor, watery, it tastes like tea.
The food was expensive for the quantity and quality. The order of hash browns comes with just 6 greasy and cold pieces. The bread for the sandwiches were not toasted properly. I had to request for them to re-toast them. The service is horrendous. All the tables were dirty and they got upset when I asked someone to please clean the table for us. NEVER AGAIN.
Came in just before 9pm to see this, meanwhile the lady is by her self doing some serious cleaning... when i tried to order she didnt even bother to put the donuts back under the lights.obviously management is mostly to blame..
Anytime of the day I have always had a great experience. Alicia the manager has done a great job with this store. It was never like this before.
