Came with a small group for lunch, during renovations. We were seated quickly and had a very attentive server. The food was fresh and delicious. Positive experience. We had 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies and were charged gratuity. We always tip well but when it is taken automatically it sort of leaves you a little bitter. We are so disappointed, Copeland’s was one of the better places to eat, and after their remodel it is nothing short of a bad version of Red Lobster. It was quiet, we loved the ribs and the filet.... we no longer eat at couplelands since they changed the restaurant. It’s just too bright, too noisy, and the food isn’t the same. View all feedback.

The new decor is bland and unappealing it has lost everything that made it seem high class. Some of the popular menu items have unfortunately been replaced with mediocre tasteless “new” menu items. For this “ new” unimaginative restaurant theme they have saw it fit to cut portions and raise prices.
