It's a nice big and clean place.

Place is trash! We came by at 9PM and half the sitting area was aleady closed with strong smell of mop water. Pizza trays were empty with wet rags around the eating area rushing to clean when there were still customers trying to enjoy their meal. Asked to have a pizza made since there weren 't any options-Pizza was half cooked very doughy rushing to make the pizza. No pizza was fresh and seemed to be standing there for hours. I asked manager Floriberto if I could have a refund he said no. Next day I was sick and called to asked for a refund or credit he agreed on credit for 2 dinner meals and only offered 2 pizzas to go when i showed up even though I paid for 2 entrees. When I got home pizza was not fresh. WILL NOT GO BACK SHUT THE PLACE DOWN. ERICKA GM does not know how this manager Floriberto runs this place.0 stars

Great Job by all involved. We brought in 3 school buses with 127 people, middle school students, to eat lunch. We've been in contact, so they expected us, but we were thrilled with how prepared they were! The manager and the staff were so nice to our students and made it a point to speak to all of them. Pizzas were ready when we arrived and they quickly fed our giant crew as well as handled their normal lunch rush. These guys did not seem panicked at all and made our lunch very enjoyable. Kids were happy. Adults were happy. Job well done CiCi's in Porter! 1/26/24

The tomato sauce tastes like a low-quality off-brand Mexican sauce—not good at all.

You can choose to get a drink cup to take with you, or a plastic cup for in-restaurant use. The drink station allows for self-service refills. There are a variety of arcade games, including overpriced machines, an air hockey table, and plenty of claw machines to spend your money on. If you’re looking for quality pizza, Cici's might not be the best option. They offer a variety of pizzas, and you don’t have to wait if you’re in a hurry. However, it’s not a place I would actively seek out again unless the kids wanted to go. I'll gladly let someone else take them next time! I definitely didn’t feel I got my money’s worth from the all-you-can-eat option; I tried one slice of pizza and realized I didn’t miss anything in the past decade. Kid-friendliness: This place is definitely geared towards kids, with meals and game machines that they will enjoy. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance has manual doors, but the tables can accommodate wheelchairs.
