We were super excited to order, we got their “Tulalip’s Killer Coffee” which ended up coming with half and half on the side and tasted worse than day old coffee from a tire store. My mom and I ordered “the farmer” meals and over looked the fact it didn’t come with any meat, and we never got the option of adding meat when we ordered with the wait staff. When we received our food the potatoes looks undercooked and tasted even worse. The bread wasn’t even toasted. Everything was plain and disgusting. My boyfriend ordered the chorizo skillet which had potatoes as well that tasted even worse and the “chorizo” tasted like normal breakfast meat just with a slight spice to it. Absolutely not good and misleading. We let the staff know and got some attitude, as we expected. They accommodated us and we didn’t end up paying which was the right thing for them to do being as it was absolutely awful. Soggy, no flavor, small, and I got the larger order. Wait staff was friendly and about what you could expect from a casino cafe in atmosphere. A little pricey compared to other casino food around. I asked to speak with the supervisor, but he didn't help at all and just sid... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant! The service was terrible. I asked to speak with the supervisor, but he didn't help at all and just sided with the waitress without listening to my side of the story. The waitress was dishonest, and even my son and I heard what she said. They charged us $4 for bread that was supposed to be complimentary, which felt like a total rip-off. I didn’t want the bread anyway because I thought there would be no charge; I was prepared to pay it, but it was unnecessary. In the future, please communicate your policies better. We didn’t come there for free bread; we just wanted to clarify what to include in our order since we were ordering an entrée! We don’t ask for five free loaves! The other night, we received complimentary bread even though we only ordered one entrée, and there were no issues with that waitress. However, last night, the service from a waitress named Chloe was awful, and the supervisor didn’t do anything to address my concerns. Just to reiterate, we don’t visit just for the free bread! We genuinely love the food, but after this experience, I’m not sure if we will be coming back. Thank you.

The hostess, Mackenzie, was extrem... read more They refuse to deliver to your room and won’t take phone orders for pickup. Honestly, that wasn’t even the main issue for me. The hostess, Mackenzie, was extremely rude. When you try to place an order, be cautious—she has piercings and her attitude is off-putting. They make you wait around the corner, and there’s a sign that directs you to the area for to-go orders, but once you get there, the hostess gets annoyed and makes passive-aggressive remarks to the servers about you in their presence. I have no idea what the food tastes like since it hasn’t arrived yet, but the server was great!
