My husband prefers his sandwich without any extras, so it's frustrating to get home and find it loaded with lettuce, tomato, onion, and whatever sauce is standard. They usually get it right, but it's an occasional hassle.

If I hadn’t been across town when she called to complain, I would have gone back to ask for a refund. The tenders looked like they were days old—dry and tough. She ordered two 5-piece meals, and none of the tenders were edible. It’s shameful to serve food in that condition.

It was filled with chicken popper pieces and had barely any lettuce. To make matters worse, it wasn’t properly wrapped—just rolled into a messy ball! The wrap was dry, bland, and difficult to chew. On the bright side, my chocolate shake was excellent, but that’s a basic item to get right. With a menu like this and such careless, indifferent staff, it’s no wonder places like Arby’s are closing down—poor service and bad food lead straight to failure!
