It’s the second time we come to Le Millésime and once more it was great. The main dining room is bright and spacious. Service is serious and professional, but not too formal. The food is excellent: well balanced flavor profile and as always beautifully presented. This time we had the lunch menu: beef tongue, rack of veal and chocolate dessert (great value). The cheese cart is not to be missed. The wine list is the star: lots of great options to choose from. Overall it’s not cheap, but a very fair price for the quality and service you get.
I found the absolutely delicious menu. The dessert with a tasty ortie and the egg of the meurette very good. Slow down the nasty pig neck. Great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Ambiance: 5
In a beautiful and typically Burgundy setting, the dishes and wines served are of quality, varied and regional. The service is impeccable with a presentation of the best dishes, friendly servers and passionate about their work. In short, except that we strongly recommend this restaurant which is an indispensable step on this wine route. Only a small dish, the eggs served in amuse-bouche come from raised chickens on the ground (code 3 on the shell), but it does not remove anything from the pleasure we took during this gastronomic evening. We can only recommend!
