I remind everyone that the prices of anything in Swiss are higher. Moreover the prices of restaurants or presumed such at the steps also in Italy cost more . said this we were treated with courtesy, the food was very pleasant, the fast service View all feedback.

Staff is really rude. I wanted to use toilet and then drink and I guess owner, Chinese woman wanted me to pay first. As I had only card, I told her I would also like to buy something in the bar and also some gifts. She clearly didn't understand me and repeated that she won't accept a card for 1 Frank... She didn't let me go to the bathroom and when I left, she told me, Go to hell... Excuse me? Something courtesy would be nice and if you don't know how to be courteous for customers, then choose different job! Bye
It is the only place around miles, which is quite obvious when it comes to food and service. The waiters are extremely rude, the food was good, I guess, but NOT good value. I ordered a tomato salad and a salami. I have some cut tomatoes and a whole small salami with a knife on a piece of wood. And it cost a little fortune. Of course, the environment is amazing, but this is despite the bad experience of this restaurant.
We were on a multi-day nine-pass tour this time and in the last 20 years some of the most famous passes were several times (Furka, Grimsel, Susten, Gotthard, San Bernardino, etc. by car and postbus. This old restaurant has some charming retro furniture on the upper level and it wasn't the first time I was here. We somehow want to believe that we came here the worst possible moment when the waitress had a bad day. We want to believe that. Because this woman cannot count any change to save her life, and then she pretended to be terribly upset when we politely asked that she actually gives the right change. When you read my reviews, you will notice that I literally type everywhere, even despite absurdly high prices. (Note to customers: if rum costs only 40 centimeters more than espresso then go for the rum. But if there is an expectation that there is no need to return correct change because I should just give it to you, then we have a problem. Hopefully the lady isn't in such a terrible mood every day, smiling around the dishes and cups and curating how she was this afternoon. On the other hand, I haven't seen such a dramatic performance in Tessin for about 20 years. Even when the dining room was full of flies, this made the dramatic performance even more realistic.
Suggestive environment, excellent products, kind service but prices really out of every kind of human understanding. I understand that it is the Swiss, but these figures have only seen them in the very dear and lost Norwegian.
The place is beautiful, nothing to say about what they offer (prices are obviously in line with the Swiss,) sin for the owners who appear rude (since a little rough in the ways. )
