Quinto At Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta

Nos encanta Quinto. El servicio y el lugar snn increibles. Desgraciadamente la comida no estuvo al nivel esperado. Señalamos que el platillo Mar y tierra, la langosta como la carne estaban frío. El mesero se contentó por decir lo señalaré al chef. Tuvimos que insistir para que volvieran a calentar la carne. El pescado del día que era un dorado, demasiado pero dedmasiado cocido. el pescado duro!!!! Muy decepcionados en esta ocasión por la comida.

View is out of this world. Food was good. Staff was outstanding.

Never disappointed at Quinto. Our usual first night dining at Vidanta. Bread service-warm,buttered, salty rolls. Skipped the appetizer this time. Bottle of Prosecco, and right to dinner. Both of us had the filet. Prepared as ordered with hot skillet finishing the cook time and keeping the filet warm while we enjoyed the grilled vegetables and (not healthy choice) lobster Mac. Only recommendation would be to not deep fry the lobster chunks. Apple tart for dessert was good, not great. Unusual prep with ginger bread.
