Rodrigo and his staff do a wonderful job. Excellent service, always nice music and the marina view is a great addition. Menu and food are very good. It is a great place to escape the resort food. We have been here a few times, the first nite it opened last year and then a couple more times. The food and service have been very consistent.So get away from the resort and support local business!

Best food, best view, best service and best music. This sums it up. Started with salads. Cesar and caprice was excellent Three of us had various pasta dishes and one had chicken. All were excellent. The chicken was moist and falling off the bone. Fair wine selection. For desert we shared a volcano. If you love chocolate, this is for you. Service was exceptional. Now for the view. The view is the best in Nuevo. This side of the Marina is quiet, safe and a joy to walk around. The Marina is lovely and the night we were there the sunset was magnificent. Very peaceful.The live entertainment was fantastic. The singer / guitar player was really good with a great blend of music. Enjoyable not invasive. We'll be back!

We made two visits here. On the first visit we shared the variation on a Caprese salad. The breaded and fried cheese made an interesting change. We still prefer the traditional Caprese, but enjoyed the salad. For mains we shared Shrimp cannelloni and Chicken with tomato, black olives, anchovies. The cannelloni was very tasty, but not a large portion. The tomato based topping gave a nice Mediterranean flavour to the chicken.On our second visit we shared Bruschetta. Quite good. For mains we shared Pasta with shrimp and mussels, we asked for shrimp only, and Veal parmigiana. The veal was reasonably tender. The topping gave a good tomato and cheese flavour to the dish. The shrimp in the pasta dish were fresh and tasty.One of the best wine selections we have seen in Vallarta region.We came early to enjoy the sunset on the harbour. They played a terrific selection of music, reminded us of movie scenes from Sicily. At 7:00pm a singer/guitarist began to play live music. We only caught a couple of songs, but were impressed.

Excellent Italian restaurant, one of the best restaurants in town! Alejandro, our waiter, who at one point lived in Toronto was great! Now, for the food, the Osso Buco was to die for and the Maui Maui delicious. wonderful wine choices, (not expensive) and top it off with molten lava cake! Delicious food!

My husband, daughter and I were delighted to see the beautiful setting when we arrived at Capatosta. There were tables on the sand as well as on a covered patio. Staff was attentive and Alejandro made sure everyone was happy. Food was delicious, especially the caprese salad.
