I live in the delivery zone and according to the website, delivery is possible for a minimum order value of 14 EUR. When I placed my order online for 16.50 EUR, I received a call saying that my place of residence was not in the delivery zone (which is incorrect, as Röthenbach Ost is located there). I was supposed to get a call back. After I didn't hear anything, I called and asked if everything was okay with my order. The order was canceled with the reason being a minimum order value of 25 EUR. I find it sad that this is neither noted on the website nor that it is possible to place online orders with delivery for less than 25 EUR. Unfortunately, I had to give it 1 star, otherwise I wouldn't be able to rate it.
