the cellar with its steep steps is already an experience at the beginning. also the entire interieur is chosen to fit. they can also sit outside and have a beautiful view of the church. eating is fresh and designed with lots of love for detail. we had the delicious burgers that are not with boring pommes, but with self-made kartoffel chips. highly recommended! This restaurant, although on one of the main streets, can be easily missed. You enter down a steep set of stairs into what is the last Medieval residential tower left in Nuremberg. The restaurant is located in the cellar/vault of the 12th century tower. The food was very good and the service excellent. Would highly recommend this as a great place for dinner.
Absolutely delicious food. They have some regional specialties. The piglet was the best i had. It was soft and moist throughout. Try their apple strudel. Very good and fast service and good prices. We will be back!
