It's rare that chefs actually cook beef rare, they usually serve medium rare as rare. The food was delicious, the atmosphere very pleasant and tolerant of young children, tho we...did eat early. The staff were helpful and pleasant and willing to speak English. It was an expensive night tho by German standards . Worth the price but not a casual evening out.
