I had a great 'Branzi... read more Lately we went with friends to 'Da Ugo'. Food was surprisingly good for a 'German' Italian restaurant at a price level that is acceptable. I had a great 'Branzino'. Highly recommended. We were asking for a wine recommendation. As my friend rather had a red, we had a great red from Southern Italy at a very moderate price. We will be there again, soon!

My grandson had a... read more The food here is excellent and reasonably priced. Two of us had saltimbocca, perfectly cooked with prosciutto and sage and a delicious sauce. My grandson had a superb pasta - a small serve for a child happily catered for. And my son in law, entrecôte that he found very satisfactory.We all tucked into desserts, again with relish. We ate early and the restaurant was full by the time we left at 7. It's clearly very popular so you might need to book.Definitely worth a try
