I had 15 people invited for my birthday party, including important guests from a city 1h30 hours apart from car.When I arrived, I found out that my reservation... read more I had 15 people invited for my birthday party, including important guests from a city 1h30 hours apart from car.When I arrived, I found out that my reservation was incorrectly settled to 17:30 instead of 19:30 and there was people on my table. The owner of the bar was very impolite and didn't care if I would have a table or not.My guests arrived and we ordered the drinks and pizzas. However, the paper with the order of the drinks was lost and nothing came. My friend had to write the order and bring the drinks herself. Other clients in the restaurant were doing the same, because it was useless to ask to the waiter.Two pizzas of a total of 12 were brought 1 hour after ordering. Almost the rest of the pizzas, about 9 of them, only came one hour after that. Also, wrong pizzas came. The last Pizza came 3 hours after we ordered. We were so hungry that we had to share anything that was coming.We asked explanation from the kitchen and were told that they had 2 people lass and the other ones were new and untrained. The stress in the kitchen was clear, and to make it with us, the first round of drinks was not charged, neither the wrong pizzas, and we were offered schnapps.In the end, the impolite owner of the bar called everyone inside because it is not allowed to make noise when it is late according to German legislation. However, he called in a very rude manner.No money can pay back the shame and stress that I had on my birthday dinner with 15 guests, which were tired after a long day of work in a Friday night. The staff must be trained with urgency. The pizza is good, but the memories that remained are terrible. I never want to go again, won't recommend to anyone and will speak against it.If you are thinking about going, run from this place for some years until they guarantee a proper service and training!!!!
