Our absolute favorite ramen restaurant. We've eaten here many times and we've never been disappointed. There are enough vegan dishes. And meat dishes anyway. The operator is extremely friendly and we always enjoy raving with him about the ramen noodles imported from Hokaido. The sake is also highly recommended. Same with Japanese beer. View all feedback.

Unfortunately I only give the food 3 stars because the meat wasn't that good for me. The ramen itself is good. I would say a solid average. In the middle of Nuremberg the Ramen Restaurant Takumi Sapporo has been open for a few days. In many European cities, the franchise chain attracts fans of the Japanese court. Since Friday (October 14, 2022), the new Ramen Restaurant Takumi Sapporo is open in the Nuremberg Brunnengasse 25. Among fans of the special soup, the branches of the Düsseldorf franchise company behind them are considered absolute cult. From Düsseldorf, Takumi Sapporo spread among others to Berlin, Milan, The Hague, Amsterdam, Barcelona or Madrid. Ramen is very simplified said a Japanese noodle soup that can contain many different ingredients depending on the taste. The basis of Takumi Sapporo dishes are pork broth (Tonkatsu), soya or miso with takumi noodles from the Japanese island of Hokkaido. A very nice restaurant. The food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly. It was definitely a highlight of our day. Should I be in Nuremberg again, I will definitely visit the shop again. A clear recommendation for anyone who would like to try Japanese ramen!
What I like most is that the food comes out quickly. Drinks are a bit expensive.
Delicious and they served hot tee while we waited outside for a table
This place claims to be the best Ramen in Nürnberg and it's pretty much like that. We're not experts in Ramen but it was huge portion and certainly the best we have tried.
