First time here. Just a little slip up with the wrong sandwich and they were so accommodating, so friendly. Multiple team members approached me and apologized for the wait. Great customer service. And the cakes, omg! Will be back!

Carrot cupcakes were perfect for my favorite person's birthday. Leroi and Cristina and Tracy took excellent care with my special order and made the surprise that much sweeter.

My wife and I live about two hours away and we discovered this restaurant a few years ago after stopping here before a concert. Ever since then, every time we come to Tampa we exclusively eat here. The Monte Cristo is the golden standard of any sandwich, ever. We have told our families about this place and now every time we stop in Tampa we have to bring them back Monte Cristos. We are obsessed with this sandwich because it is truly the best sandwich in the world. This sandwich alone would be a good enough reason to come here, but on top of having some of the most mouthwatering sandwiches you'll ever have, their baked goods are top notch too. Every flavor of cake we've tried has been sensational. If you haven't eaten here before, maybe you should stay away. Otherwise you'll end up like me and my wife, obsessing over this restaurant and making any excuse to come to Tampa, even if we both know the real reason is just to come here and eat. 5/5, easily.
