I had an extremely negative experience at the cashier today. Initially, I was told by a female cashier that they didn't provide oat milk, which was okay with me. However, another customer ordered a drink with oat milk and received it with whole milk. When she questioned it, the cashier responded rudely. Later, it turned out they did have oat milk. Ryan made me a lavender chai. It was delicious!!! Great customer service and they were fast!!!!
Went there earlier. Employees couldn’t even bother to acknowledge and stop talking while we waited to order so we left. We were the only ones in there. Please have employees show manners
Can’t even review the product because the employees are so rude we couldn’t even order. Whatever woman was on the register today at 3:15pm, when I walked up to order she wouldn’t stop her conversation with her coworker to acknowledge me, the only person in the store, even after I said “hi there” to get her attention. She very clearly saw I was there but decided to blatantly ignore a paying customer so we decided to spend our money where it’s valued. Would not recommend.
Both cashier and barista were so rude. Please hire better people.
I stop here multiple times a week and every time the coffee and service is amazing. 10/10 recommend.
