Kona Grill Tampa - Nowatney

Saturday morning I came to Kona for brunch with my family. (We don’t get out much) However, everyone raves about Kona grill being a great spot and the reviews looked great so we decided to check it out. We sat on the patio because there was a nice a breeze and the kids wanted to be by the water. We haven’t been here but our server Diego knew the menu like the back of his hand and provided us with great suggestions. All of which we loved! The female manager in her late 20s with dark hair stopped by and showed my kids how to feed the turtles in the pond. I’ve never seen a manager be so willing to ensure our experience was something to remember. I can see why the reviews are so high! We will be back again for sure!

Food was great, but the service was phenomenal. Chloe or Khloe, not sure how she spells her name but she was amazing. She made some really good recommendations and was very familiar with each dish.

I visited on Monday and what a great experience, as always. The a manager Jordyn stopped by to make sure everything was good. Demi was very helpful and suggested the surf and turf. Kudos to the kitchen staff as well, my steak was cooked perfectly to my liking.

This is a good place to catch up with a friend. The server was really nice.

It was the perfect date night! It has been a while since we have been here; and will definitely be coming back soon! The chicken satay our server Demi suggested was delicious and my wife’s steak was perfectly cooked. The manager, Jordan, even stopped by our table to see how everything was.
