The toilets are so short. Place was under construction. Funny old smell. Carpets were old and dirty. Air conditioning was so humid and cold. Duvet was sketchy. Breakfast was nice, many choices, frozen omelets were gross. Lobby was very clean. Free water bottles and breakfast bags were a nice touch. Lots of free parking, lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great shuttle service to airport and Moffitt. Clean pool. Tiny work out room. Good maid service. Front desk very friendly and high energy. As my husband said…I’ve been in worst places. No pests.

The staff were argumentative and our rese... read more This is one of the worst hotel experiences for me. I am a Hilton rewards loyal customer and thinking of changing that. The staff were argumentative and our reservation got messed up. I filled out the survey giving a chance for them to call but never heard a word from them. Bad bad bad

Excellent... read more The hotel is an older hotel under renovation. Our room was changed but the room had a musty odor. Friendly staff offered complimentary water bottles. Excellent airport shuttle service. I am sure the hotel will be much better looking when remodeling is completed. The pool looked very clean, and the water was warm.
