This is my favorite location for coffee. The 24h location on Kennedy is always terrible but here the ladies are friendly and laughing with customers and it's just great. I usually have to wait in the parking lot for them to open and I'm at that speaker waiting so I can get to work on time. Never once anything but super friendly smiles. View all feedback.
What Nick doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
Ordered two bagels with cream cheese. Got home, and neither had any cream cheese at all. So we got to eat two plain bagels without any spread. That was delicious. View all feedback.
This DD is an embarrassment to the franchise. No manager managing the staff. After 10am you are absolutely screwed and will wait for 30 min for food.
This place is dirty. The floor hasn't been swept in a while nor have the tables been wiped off. Service is slow and there are enough service staff to keep the place clean and quick service.
Pretty sure I just paid for yesterday's old stale doughnuts. The three stars go out to the fact that employees were really nice. It completely caught me off guard that the drive thru traffic was blocking the street instead of using the drive through driveway. It was morning rush hour traffic, I pulled in from Dale Mabry, and dunkin traffic was blocking the outbound Brighton plaza road. Again employees were cool. Super nice too.
