We disturbed the service during the Sunday siesta, it was clear that they would prefer to have a quick drink and be gone . There was not much to complain about the food, the pork roll on pods was excellent, the same with the chicken pocket with ermine. Too bad it could have been a great Sunday lunch. Meal type: Lunch

If you can, avoid this place and go instead to Radkovna or Hvězda.. We had booked the celebration, including the lounge, a month in advance, and when we arrived there was nothing.. The tables were empty, no glasses, just nothing.. After half an hour of reminiscing, we they served themselves and tried to stay in a good mood. After arriving at the bowling alley and waiting another half hour for the waiter who brought us the ordered beer from the upper bar after another half hour, we felt like leaving. The beer must have been there for at least a month because it was as sour as cucumber water and when we immediately informed the waiter that she just said we were right and that was the end of it.. Do you think the lady who looked like she was there the first day offered to bring us a beer from the downstairs bar? Nope.. We went down to get it ourselves and the lady just sat there for 2 hours and with a very pleasant look spoiled the already terrible experience of the celebration.. I'm not talking about the fact that out of the 4 packages of crisps ordered, 2 packages were past their use-by date.. The room was built slot machines, where only 2 out of about 6 work.. The absolute unpreparedness and unwillingness of the staff drags this company down at the speed of light.. Terrible experience and one of the worst and worst-looking companies in the Czech Republic..

The lax service, which really has summer, is in no hurry and glides along at its own pace... it 's nice to chat with customers, but not while others are waiting to be served...
