The Staff is great there was a little bit of miss under standing do to the fact that I don't speak CZ and the staff almost no English. But with Google translate. And a lot of smiling everything is handled quite good. The restaurant is wonderful there home made beer is very good as well the hotel rooms are ok but not European standard.
