Много роллов развалилось. Всё перепачкано. Это очень большой минус. Заказывали через сайт, заказали напиток зелёный чай в бутылке fuztea. Она сказала что сейчас напитков нет, потому что они недавно открылись!!!! Хотя муж делал там заказ летом!!! За враньё минус! Оператор разговаривала как хабалка чё и т д. Ужас просто. В итоге из всего сета съели Филадельфию и горячие, остальное все полетело в помойку. Спасибо за испорченное настроение Суши Восток !

Уже больше 2-х лет покупаю суши в этой организации, цены не самые дешевые, но вкусные, одна из главных причин, почему беру суши, что есть накопление скидок, поэтому каждый раз стараюсь брать не меньше чем, на 1500, чтобы копились проценты скидок, уже накопилось около 6-7% точно не помню, позвонила сегодня, чтобы заказать, а мне ответили, что они передумали и обнули мои скидки и теперь берите за ту цену, что сейчас и не важно, что 2 года я копила скидку. Я ужасно расстроена, какое кошмарное отношение к клиентам, я понимаю, если бы я первый раз, но 2 года, практически постоянный клиент и такое отношение. Больше не буду здесь заказывать, какой бы не был вкус, но с таким отношением, оно того не стоит.

Позвонили оператору, в ответ не услышали даже извините, судя по реакции они готовы к тому, что сеты не соответствуют весу, заявленному на сайте. Оператор буднично сообщил, что передаст начальству и они будут разбираться, в чем очень сомневаюсь. Не советую категорически!
