The variation of sushi is ok, is pleased that some innovation from sushi will not find elsewhere. What makes the loss of stars are: Taste: Sushi rice is naturally mixed with vinegar, but the taste of vinegar is too strong that outweighs the taste of fish or other ingredients. Fresh: Sashimi appears less fresh, better keep them cold with ice, and keep the slices regularly. Go on. View all feedback.
