sandwich had chicken that was still frozen, Asked for another sandwich, waited 20 mins with no result, asked for refund but couldnt be provided without manager. several other customers also had problems at same time. Very poor experience. Who doesnt have a manager present? View all feedback.

I’ve always gotten two lean machine. Now, you got rid of it, and I have to pay eight dollars more for the same.This is not cool.
Had to wait 45 minutes to get 2 smoothies. Really need to step up.
