The Cheesecake Factory - Novi

Nice service, delicious food. However, it was too crowded and a bit uncomfortable compared to other cheesecake factories. This sometimes caused service delays.

I will not be returning the salmon Alfredo is disgusting and we were waiting for an hour.

I think the restaurant or the food that I ordered (chicken alfredo pasta) was highly overrated.The dessert is nothing but an overload of sugar, couldn't even eat it.

Went here today… The food was not good. We drove far. So I was very disappointed. They definitely have went down with the food quality.

Typically this place can be really crowded. We came at the right time. Excellent service and the food was great!
