Not washing his hands bet... read more I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employee stood at the food preparation table and ate, ignoring that he had a customer. Not washing his hands between eating his food and making everyone else's. He was couching all over the food and setting his stuff wherever he could find room. After finally realizing he had a customer he didn't even ask what I wanted he just stared at me, didn't Apologize, and didn't ask what I wanted to order. After ordering the manager came out the back with the cash drawer, and I thought I was going to get better service, but he proceeded to come out and gossip with the other employee about a bad review they got, I can see why. I will never go here again, and I suggest you try another location. Food was cold, even tho I got there right at opening, and the pasta didn't even look cooked or warmed up, it looked fresh out the fridge or freezer. This use to be the best pizza place, but I'll think twice before going to another location even if this was a representation of what the company has to offer. 0 stars

Unbelievably rude, like she’s forced to work or she wants the business to fail.I stood by the counter for 10 min just for her to give me a piece of pizza that’s already there and then another 10 min to pay. No one else was there and they were not busy. 2 people weee working and when I asked her after waiting for 10 min that I need to pay she started yelling at me and said that I should wait. I should’ve just left without the pizza for the service. If my kids were not waiting for the pizza and we hungry, I would’ve left
