What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
The pizza was undercooked, and the dough was still raw. I tried to reach out because they didn't answer their phone. The manager or regional manager eventually sent me a message a few days later. When I called back, of course, they were unavailable, so I left several messages, but they never returned my calls. The employees told me that my case was closed and resolved. What a joke! The store said they never got my order. I didn't get my delivery, yet I have confirmation emails and pizza hut emailed me for this survey to ask how my order went. Something is wrong here.
