What annie Mabilat doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Recently, since I have ordered from here while at work, the food service has been horrible. The chicken noodle soup is days old brown, breakfast sandwich’s are cold hard, most of the time at least something is missing from my order. I get the fact that everyone is short staffed etc. but I am no longer going to waste my money on horrible food to be delivered, while at work. No longer a Panera customer at this location... This place should be called “The Turtle” staff cannot keep up with the amount of orders they get. Ridiculous!!!
I forgot the name of the product I drank on the subscription service, but it was delicious too! Citrus Punch- It was Naturally Flavored
It’s not a big store and not busy but I waited for 20 mins for my order. Worst location I’ve ever been to
This location is not upgraded. No self-service order kiosks. Expect a short line around the lunch hour. Orders very accurate.
One of the more poorly run Paneras in the entire state. Humble advice avoid it at all costs. Management unfriendly , always out of food, and extremely slow. Panera has gone down hill IMHO. If you really want Panera , I would suggest the one on Haggerty in West Bloomfield
