I came here today and the workers, named Tania and Sarah. We?re really kind and they treated me with 100% respect. They were fast, hilarious, and super welcoming. Keep up the good work Nestlé. Great representation of Michigan as I live in Montana. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Nestle Toll House:
Priced for what it was. Quality wasn't what we expected. We order 13 mini chocolate chip cookies. The taste was disappointing, vigilant/oily. Kinda reminded me of a chip Ahoy that softens. Nothing like homemade! View all feedback.

All I had was an icee. A small was $2.50 and I feel like they are overpriced. I am from the city but now I live in Florida and I've never heard of a small icee being that much. I also bought my cousins a smoothie. I didn't ask them how it tasted but I am sure it was good. I just feel like the prices could be better.
I visited NTH on Wednesday, July 15, at 1:45 PM after going shopping at the mall. After finishing my shopping, I decided to grab a bite to eat. I noticed that on July 13, there was a mandatory mask mandate in place across the entire state of Michigan. While walking through the mall, everyone was wearing masks, including the staff serving food. However, when I approached the bar at NTH to check out the cookie selection, I saw a young woman behind the bar serving customers without a mask. This made me uncomfortable, so I decided not to place an order. I don’t understand why she wasn’t wearing a mask, especially while serving food. This restaurant needs to improve its customer service, as this has been an ongoing issue.
If I could rate this store a zero I would. Treated horribly because my child has a food allergy. The worker was rude. From the outset she behaved as if I were bothering her. She had AirPod headphones in her ears the whole time, was unprofessional and argumentative. She is a very poor example of what customer service should be and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had (today was my first visit to this mall by the way). I simply asked her to use a separate tong to pick up chocolate chip cookies after using tongs to pick up one peanut butter and one snickerdoodle cookie I was purchasing. She refused and proceeded to over talk me to tell me about how she told me this would happen. I said no I know the boundaries my child?s allergies thank you. That is why I am asking you to use a separate tong- I understand the possibility of cross contamination in the kitchen. All I am asking is that you use a different tong. I blatantly asked her if she was telling me that her company would not permit her using a separate tong and she became more than beyond ignorant. As I left (without my intended purchase) I told her she was unprofessional and rude as she slammed down papers after throwing cookies behind the counter. A poor example for the younger worker who was there on the shift with her. I did not catch her name but I will tell you if you go to the counter and the female in a hoodie with Airpods and heavy eyeliner steps forward to wait on you- don?t bother.
Stopped here today to grab some cookies. Individual working leaning against the counter, obviously mad at the world not a great start. As we were getting ready to order, a man walks up and asks for a glass of water. She barks order at co worker to get the guy a glass of water, which she did, free of charge. We finish our purchase, my 14 year old kid requests a small glass of water and the same employee decides we should pay .50 for it?? A little sketchy
