Hyatt Place Detroit/novi

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Our wedding family and friends stayed here, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the cleaning crew. One gentleman who assisted us in our hospitality room was particularly helpful, ensuring everything was running smoothly. Although we misplaced a few items, the staff was consistently kind and supportive throughout the weekend. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so our dog Ava was able to join in on the celebrations with us!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Detroit during my one-night stay. The service and staff were exceptional, and the breakfast offered was quite satisfactory. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Detroit. Rooms: 5/5

The rooms were not only clean but also spacious, and the staff was extremely courteous and professional, catering to all my needs during my stay. Overall hotel stay was wonderful. Housekeeping is awesome and breakfast was very good. Overall customer service was great. Only issues we experienced was a lot of noise transferring into our room from connected room and hallways. It was much louder than expected in a shared space. Entering the property, watch out for the Showroom sign as the Hyatt is not featured as prominently from the road.

I stay at Hyatt Places more than 60 nights a year, two nights at a time, so I’ve been to a lot of Hyatt places. About a year ago I started keeping notes so I wouldn’t repeat in Hyatt that weren’t satisfactory. I had a note already that everything was good in this hotel. Everything was good the second time also. Better than good. It was great. The staff was very nice. It’s a nice place to walk the dogs. Pretty nice. I can walk all the way around the show place convention center or whatever it is and it seems like it’s about a 20 or 30 minute walk to do that whole loop. so that’s one of the things I look for, a nice place to walk the dogs. And it’s good enough. The breakfast was very good. It was typical, but they also had the peanut butter cups which I share with my pups for a midday snack. Not all HIIT places have the peanut butter cups. They also had scrambled eggs and sausage. The sausage was not floating in its own grease like some of them. It was dried before it was put out, so thank you for that consideration. You do need a hotel key to operate the elevator, which I don’t like. It’s just one more time I have to struggle with things in my hands and two dogs on leashes and trying to find the key one more time, I don’t like that. But I can deal with it as long as everything else is OK.
