It was a fun first experience, the red bean buns are so warm an soft an fluffy an have a good ammount of filling, food spice level was great, lots of very tangy flavors, high quality food for a fair price! I gave a rating of 1, not because of the food, but because of the poor service from Grubhub. They were unable to process my payment properly, resulting in a disappointing experience. Despite reaching out to customer service for assistance, I was still left to pay with my credit card instead of using the Grubhub card balance. This was a frustrating experience and reflects poorly on Grubhub. View all feedback.
They advertise a corn dog with no hotdog in it) and advertise Coke but send you Pepsi. If the corn dog doesn't have hotdog in it, than they need to change it on their menu same with the Coke/Pepsi.
Food was wrong. Was supposed to be corn dog. No hotdog in it at all. Only cheese inside. Also, drink was supposed to be Coke, not Pepsi.
Beware of online ordering. Ordered online and it sent a confirmation stating the Ann Arbor location. Called 5 times to cancel and no answer, this location in Novi was reluctant to help.
